Hello everybody, my names mark. I'm new here and to the civic scene. I'm not really a mechanic but mainly fix everything my self.
i've noticed that my car is pretty clean(no rust) and now i can't help but wonder if it would be worth while if i spent some time and money modding. I really like the overall look of 99 sedans and have noticed that i see far more hatchbacks and coupes tricked out than sedans. Now i don't want to race, I want to try to keep high gas milageand i don't want a show car. I want a look and sound that will keep me off the radar, but the power to blow by most other cars on the road.
Can I get a respectable amount of horses with out going v-tech?
How much potential does a d16y7 really have?
If i should swap out what are my options?
Are there any good magazines or websites i should be looking for?
any help would be greatly appreciated
