cheap mods

hey
i just bought a 200 civic coupe lx

i was wonderin what kinda mods i can do on the cheap?

and if i can remove the stock exhaust after the converter and just put a pipe?

any suggest is appreciated

ohh the motor is 1.6 16v sohc

just putting a pipe will make the exhaust sound too loud to drive with unless you like getting alot of angry looks lol. intake is a good mod like aem v2.

stick with the ngk v-power copper plugs. or if you really want to spend more money, go with iridium ngks or denso. they require slightly less electrical energy to make the spark so your alternator gets less stress.

Welcome...

Stick to the NGK's. The more expensive plugs are just a waste imo. For me the most cost effective mods for the LX civic is a nice drop and a decent sound system.

An i can just replace the stock subs in the back with aftermarks right?

Systems are very personal preference driven so I couldn't just throw out models and brands, however I'll tell you for HU's I like Alpine and Pioneers. Check out what I said in this thread here;

Car Audio for moi...
