Are there any spoilers besides the factory one that fit a Ex of this generation? I tried looking but couldnt fine anything.

Do you mean another stock spoiler from another car or simply any old spoiler?

Any spoiler that i dont have to drill new holes for, can be from other civics or aftermarket

The only option would be an M3 style lip. I believe those use double sided tape for the install. Other than that any spoiler you get will require drilling into your trunk for installation.
