D16y8/d17 stroker

I am about to start a "d17y8," if you will, stroker build. I have done all the research and know most of the procedures. The plan is to take a d16y8 block and head, and put the d17a1 internals in it. The engine is going in a 96 EJ8. With all of the research i've done, i haven't seen any numbers on what hp or torque they make. any info would be great, or i'll let you know when its done! Re: D16y8/d17 stroker

I think sniperscout did this. If I remember right he gutted a d17 block(which he was trying to sell to trix) to put the internals into the d16 block. I don't know any details though.
