HELP!! car won't crank!

Hey guys!

I came home and parked my car normally on my driveway. 10 min later then I come out to go to the store and the car won't even crank. When I turn the key, no ticking noise or any signs of cranking.

I used the multimeter to check voltage and the battery has 12 volts.

I used a booster pack to help start the car but it didn't make difference.

Is there anyway to fix or diagnose the situation without any special testing tools? OR DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT HAPPENED?!?

fyi i installed HIDs 2-3 days ago. When my headlights off, it says DRL is on and that blue beam icon thing is on as well. Idk if this has anything to do with it. I'm sure I wired it properly because I've done lots of HID installs.

What was the exact voltage? How old is the battery? Is it cold outside?
