led light conversion

I would like to know if anyone has ever changed all the bulbs to led bulbs, and if they worked. Many thanks.

Re: led light conversion

I have. They work. You need to change your flasher unit unless you want hyperflashing turn signals. Either that or install load resistors on each turn signal you replace.

Also, your cruise control won't work unless you either a) install a load resistor across at least one brake light, or b) install a resistor inside the cruise control module.

Re: led light conversion

Install the load resistor in the brake light circuit wiring itself (wired in parallel with any brake light bulb)
