How to install an Accord led third brake light?

I am interested in installing an Accord led third brake light. Has anyone ever successfully completed this? if so, how was this done? Also, I would like to know what years will fit? Many thanks.

I just bought a 2015 Accord for my wife, and in process of getting some nice brake lights. Those are kind of expensive. Did you install those? Hard, easy?
