aem short ram intake problems

recently I decided to install a aem short ram intake on my 03 civic dx automatic it works, sounds and looks beautiful.

I have notice when I idling in drive gear there is a rattling noise coming from where my intake is. I have open my hood to see if maybe its touching something but cant seem to find anything.

also when the rattling is happening if I put my car in park, reverse or Neutral the rattling stops and happens again once it goes back in drive.

if anyone has any suggestion to help me out that that would be great
thanks

is it touching the hood ??? did you leave any tools behind ??? keep the car in drive with the hood up and see if it stops.

Re: aem short ram intake problems

push the intake further down the rubber coupler make sure the intake is positioned away from anything. if that fails use a zip tie to keep it from moving around preferably a stainless steel one.
