o2 Sensor (2001 Handoa Civic Ex Coupe)

So recently my check engine light came up and the code told me that the o2 sensors were the problem. My question is what kind of o2 sensor should I get, and how can i check to see which sensor I need to change? and also how can I check to see if its not my catalytic converter that has gone bad

also ever since check light came up, the gas gauge has been acting weird rising and falling slightly while I drive

Exacty what code(s) did your car throw?

Also, the fuel gauge issue may be purely coincidental. A bad O2 sensor wouldn't cause your gas gauge to fluctuate

Re: o2 Sensor (2001 Handoa Civic Ex Coupe)

It gave me back the Code PO133. the possible causes were 1) sensor 1 response malfunction 2)open or short circuit condition 3)poor electrical connection 4) faulty A/F sensor 1.
I have checked the o2 sensor and they aren't loose and don't seem to be frayed, And my check engine will turn off for a couple of days and come back usually when I accelerate uphill
