Picked this up as a DD and its a good lil car. Was a 1 owner with 115k on it. No accidents or paint work. I was very surprised to find this!
Its an 01 5 speed.
Not sure if its an LX or what? power windows and locks with A/C but no sunroof? No badge on the back either to tell me.
Performed the following:
- Buffed/polished the paint since it was almost pink lol
- Timing belt/water pump
- Wheels/tires (used) better than the 14" hubcaps.
- Window Tint
- LED Climate Control lighting since the stockers were burnt out.
- Restored the headlight lenses today, came out really nice.
- Blacked out the inner headlamp assembly the other day.
- 6k HID's on the way
Plan on adding the Double Din unit from my other car when I upgrade it and then putting some subs in this one.
MIght lower it in the future, but it already rides like ***, even when on the 14's so who knows.
Pretty good little get around car for me though.

the ex is easy, only that trim has the moonroof. if you want i can bore you with all the differences, but the easiest way to tell is look under the rear of the car. if it has a sway bar across the two rear wheels, its the lx. if not, its the dx. the lx has a tape player and dx has a plain radio. lx gauges have a tach, and also cruise, a/c, power windows/mirrors/locks, passenger rear seat pocket, dual overhead map lights, and armrest. dx has none of these but most can be easily added. you can even swap over various black trim items (license plate molding, door moldings, mirrors, door handles, etc) with the painted EX versions. just be sure to get ex coupe parts only. sedan will not fit.

Good Info,
Kinda odd though, no rear sway bar, no armrest, but has all the rest you mentioned on an LX and this was purchased new by the guy and nothing modded or changed at all.
Oh well, no biggie, its built out like an LX apparently since it has all the stuff but the armrest and swaybar.

it could have been sold as the VP value package (basically a dx that is almost like an lx except missing a few things). esp since there is no rear sway bar.

My Civic beater looks like it was washed with pebbles and wiped down with sandpaper by the PO.
Super clean inside and mechanically sound though! Time to get my buffing tools out.

lol that sux. Up close you can see the PO's handy work from sliding boxes or books or bags off the roof, but from 5 feet it looks great!
