Number nineteen. I Will post pictures later but I want to know how to take that off of my car and if i can just paint it black myself. doesnt look terribly hard to paint. mine is chipping really bad.

I just wanted to know if thats the part im going to be needing.

its metal coated in plastic. if you paint one of em, it will not match the rest. and you need to do the primer and paint, prolly go with a hi temp black otherwise it will flake from the sun. and the part you posted is the felt pad around the window. you want #4 here (under "molding" category) and i think it clips off. i would just get another one and not bother with paint.
