i have a 1 inch drop, and another 1/2 inch drop of lip kit, and i have no problems driving in snow. it helps to wait til they plow the streets, but i havent had problems in fresh snow. so long as its not too deep that your bumper is touching.

Depends where you live. My street is very rural and on many many many nights, I am the snowplow. It's easy for a good 2-3 feet of snow to accumulate here where I live so with a drop of any amount you'd be in for trouble. But for the most part it's ok.
