im not sure everyon keeps saying look for the third locking ring at the base of the strut body, but there isnt one. it has the two by the spring, the one the spring sits on and the one directly below that. ive tried to loosen the lower ring i just mentioned but then the ring on the spring is tight as **** and im not a little guy i have 260 pounds of *** to put behind the wrench but i could not get it to budge
BTW what qualifies as quality here. This is the 3rd set-up ive had and by far the best, ive had skunk 2 pros and tiens so is it price tag, name brand, what? this is the smoothest also great damper rebound and hardly any stiffness on a squat

rokkors manufacturing quality is garbage, there's no way to argue against that, there's a reason they're a 1/3 of the cost of the least expensive alternatives. They became popular in the vw scene because the majority of those guys are just going for stance, not actually performance. but this discussion has been had many times before..
I was going to say you just need to loosen the lower ring, then the ring the spring sits on. I don't see why or how it would be locked in place any other way...

Re: Rokkor suspension help
It shouldnt have messed anything up, you prolly just have dirt and gunk in the threads preventing it from turning
Try loosening the lower ring, then loosen the ring above that...clean up the junk in the threads, and try tightening the 2nd ring again

My point exactly. For the money they're the best way to go I've had any where from 2000$ set up to cut springs and these things rock plus they're the only setup I know that go down to 4 inches of drop standard

If you guys don't understand the difference between quality and cheap great, you saved yourselves some cash. Now, keep this thread on topic, we're not discussing coilover quality again unless there's a thread dedicated to the subject.
