Thumbs up Lowered Si - New Shocks? Camber kit? Worth it?

I might buy an 03 Si that has lowering springs. My uncle drove it and took a good look at up on the lift and he said It'll for sure need new rear shocks.

Should I go with Tokico Blues? I've heard they suck and will blow in three months, but i've also heard they're great and have a lifetime warranty. What other options would I have? Also, my uncle has his own shop - do you guys know if the normal parts supplier he buys all his parts from would carry aftermarket stuff? Or are part suppliers for shops mostly just factory OEM stuff? I gotta ask him that.

Also it seemed like the front tires were wearing more towards the inside, so i'd probably want a camber kit. Are camber kits ok to buy used? And are they model specific, or could I use a camber kit off a friends Civic LX on an Si? Besides knowing what camber kits do, I really know nothing - brands, pricing etc.

Is it even worth it? Or will it just be a big headache buying a used car thats already been lowered?

Sorry I wrote so much. THANKS!!

Where did you hear that? Tokicos are a good brand, They are recommended in The lowering your car thread on this site. I bought a crappy no-name set of struts and was warned by other users ot buy some tokicos.

03 are struts. They do not change camber too much when lowered in the fronts. only the rear trailing arms. Fronts are 15 bucks or so, why would you want to look for used?
to know if they are model specific, you just need to look online and see if they fit... takes as much time as registering and posting the question here...
Only care point is that Si uses larger bolts...

The current owner doesn't know how much of a drop is on it. Is there a quick way to tell, like a certain number of fingers between the tire and well?
