If it's a film (I can't tell), then use a heat gun or blow dryer to soften the adhesive. Be careful, you may pull chunks of the UV clear off the headlight, if you're too hasty. If you're feeling a little hesitant, any tint shop can remove it.
If that's a spray tint, it gets a little trickier. You can mask around it and use the same sanding method to remove haze or yellowing. Graduating to a finer grit, then polish. The spray tint is basically the same as the UV clear applied to the headlight.

I totally missed this post
But, IMO, suck it up and buy a bottle of goo-gone
Its like $3 for a decent sized bottle, and is a great addition to the house/garage.
I cant even say how many times i've used this thing, it's awesome.
Floss works too, but i prefer fishing string, it has more cutting action than floss
Just ask a neighbor, friend or relative that goes fishing for like 10" of string, i'm sure they wouldnt mind :P
Claybar...well, looks like you're gonna buy a claybar anyways :P

Because the adhesive behind the emblem heats up on the hood of your dark colored car
On a sunny 75 deg day, your car paint can reach temperatures of well over 100, melting the adhesive onto your car
That's why some people refuse to put bumper stickers on. They're a B!@#$ to get off
