Less asking, more and more reading. start from stickies in the top.

And no, you cannot put B/H/F engines in your car, but the reading should enlighten you on what is an engine and how they work and how you can make it better.
And i just showed that you need to improve your searching skills in your other thread a few minutes ago.

Getting to 150whp isn't to hard, getting past that without a turbo is very difficult.
Just to start,
K-pro.
I/H/E.
stage 2 or 3 cams with supporting head mods.
high compression pistons.

they already get lots of trouble in the D17A1, so would not recommend doing much.

A 7g auto transmission not only cannot handle the power you want, but they`re already prone to failure. Aside from that, you get an easy 15whp doing the manual swap.

D17A1 non-vtec - less power, but even with less power, many find it hard to get over 100k miles without starting having slipping issues, that degrade little by little or sudden trans failures.
