Clattering noise at low gears

i am hearing clattering noise at 1st and 2nd gear and the car feels rough and heavy to move and this noise kind of disappear as i shift up to the fifth gear and the car performs great at 5th. the car clutches and shifts fine but there is a click kind of noise everytime i engage or release the clutch. Checked the tranny fluid, full with Honda MTF. Any ideas what are these symptoms ? Thanks

This is also happening to me - I am assuming my clutch will need to be replaced soon and hopefully this will take care of the problem.
