ok my steering wheel is like rubbing off in my hand do any of ya'll know a way to fix this? atleast to make it look nice again. im probably gonna paint it again. i just wondering thanks guys

wtf! what have you been doing to that wheel. lol. try this for a used one in your area: http://www.car-part.com/ probably won't be much cheaper than a new one but, ya never know.

no i didnt paint it i thint the dealership i bought it from thought they was slick. dumb asses didnt cover the windows right and got a lil paint on it so i know they did.lol but i was thinking bout wrappin it in leather how much you think that will be?

the good quality kits go for 40-60 dollars they also sell wrapping kits at any auto parts store.

they do sell them specifically designed for your steering wheel but it still has to be stitched together it cant be that difficult.

I have the same problem- good info guys! oh, if you go lazlong's route be prepared for a major pain in the ***... not only are the wheel's bolted, they're also pressed (i.e. once the nut is off, it doesn't budge without a puller) and aligning the wheel back on the tines is a bitch
