Hey guys, new here. I have a 2002 Civic EX and I'm lookin to put a rev limiter on. I searched around forum and couldn't find anything but I've heard that my ECU isn't the greatest for chipping and such so I was wondering how would i throw on a limiter?

its there for a reason so yes, and its not showing off anything other then you're over revving the little motor for stock spec, after redline your power drops off so you're not gaining anything

Redlining will not do anything for you especially showing off. It would actually show you cant drive cause when you redline you loss power. You are suppose to change right before it so you dont loss power.

do not rev it without being in gear! without load you have slight chance to spin somethig out
I do hit it only when i an in auotX, meaning the straight is not long enough to shift up so you keep it in gear until the next braking.
