im painting my calipers and replacing my brake pads and rotors.....however...that damn rotor screw is stripped....

....i was planning on stripping it because that is what all the other guides say hahaha....anyway....does anyone know what kind of screw that is so i can drill it out and go buy four more....

can i get them at advanced auto parts, or do i have to hit up a honda dealership....thanks for the help...ill post some pics of the calipers when i finish them...they look pretty sick....

Re: Stripped Rotor Screws

the screws are not needed for proper function. the wheel/rim holds the rotor on, so the screws are redundant. you can drill them out and leave em off.

Re: Stripped Rotor Screws

Ya you dont need the screws, arent the screws only for getting the rotors off. And after you get off the rotors it just goes on there and then putting the tire back on and tighten it compresses the rotor back on.

Re: Stripped Rotor Screws

next time use an impact screw driver on those, works like a charm.
