Current list,
Appreciate any comments/suggestions.. thanks

Current list,
- Timing Belt
- Water Pump
- Rad Flush
- Brake Flush
- Belts
- GearBox - TuneUp DIY (https://www.civicforums.com/forums/1...e-up-mods.html)
- Seafoam then Oil Change
- Sparkplugs
- 02 Sensor (NTK Part # 24291 Upstream) - I currently have a Bosch (#13532) that I replaced back at 60k but, mpg is great (30-35) but I randomly get hesitation off the start. It begin when I replaced the stock 02.

I would add timing belt tensioner with your timing stuff. It's expensive if it fails.
I would skip Seafoam. I just don't like it though.
Suspension components should be checked; ball joints, tie rod ends, LCA bushings.
