How Many Hours to Replace a Clutch?
I have an 02 Civic that needs a clutch.Can anyone tell me how many hours of labor it is to replace it?

that would depend on WHO is doing the job, and how much experience they have.....anywhere from 6 to 100?

If you take it to a shop, I'd expect something along the lines of $400 + parts

That's what I'm wondering.What would the standard book time be for this?I can do it but it would probably take me all weekend on my knees in the garage.I've done clutches on rwd vehicles before but never fwd.

The dealership charge 6 hours for the clutch; some mechanics can do it in 3 hours though
