Yeah, the signal lights works fine when you hazard and using the 'signals'. The picture/problem is of with the lights switch on (regular/idle; w/e you call it).
So what is the smaller center light supposed to be for? *I'm thinking all 3 lights are supposed to be on but just want to make sure since I won't be touching until another couple days with all the other 'stuff'.

It's the parking light. They come on when you click the headlights to the first or second position. The actual headlights only come on on the second position.
Looks like the dual-filament portion of the passenger's side turn signal is out (does it work at all?) and the driver's side parking light is out. You can test this by exchanging the working bulbs with the non working ones. Both go for cheap at Autozone or O'Reilly's. Turn signal is type 7443 and parking light is type 168 (brighter)or 194 (dimmer).
