Rep Power: 0 Niew Owner of an 03 coupe LX need help
Hi everyone,
New here to the scene with an 03 Coupe LX. I'm in need of a new clutch and am trying to figure out which one to order. I have header without cat or resinator and larger pipe all the way back to a pretty much straight through muffler. Also have a CAI. In looking for a new clutch I'm thinking i'll go with a stage 2 in case I upgrade the car more and possilby go turbo. That being said I was looking on Summit and noticed there are a few different options for the input shaft size and disc diameter. I was wondering how I find out which one will work with my car? I don't really want to order one and then when I'm in there replacing it find out its the wrong size. Any help is greatly appreciated. Also, any feedback on Zoom Performance Products? Thinking I will order the following kit if it will work.

Was also looking at since I'm in there I might as well do a short shift kit too. Any recommendations to those? I found this one.

Any help is greatly appreciated!!!
Thanks,
Chad

the clutches are the same for the 5th, 6th and 7th gens. so any will work. check out dezod.com. they have a 01-05 civic section and sell all sorts of different clutches. i got the competition stage 2. i haven't fully broken it in. but so far, its a pretty good clutch. i will be boosting on it fairly soon.

You might be right. I misread this thread which goes into detail about shifters:
