Creating custom gauge faces...?

How difficult is it to create your own gauge cluster faces? Sure I have photoshop and all that but was just wondering if anyone had any ideas especially since I am driving a 01 civic Lx w/ A/T, there doesn't seem to be much out there. It doesn't seem like it would be that difficult. Has anyone done this to their own setup?
