SPRINGS and hear a knocking sound when i turn

i have a 03 civic with lowering springs n a camber kit and from the rear passenger side i hear a like a knocking ,kinds sounds like a ticking sound onl y when i like turn tough or get in a another lane ,i had the springs in for a about 10k miles woundering what it was ? anyone know please help

maybe check to see if that spring is upside down

You have to line up the "strut tower tops" with the rest of the assembly when putting everything back together. I don't know the exact terminology . Anyways, it's pretty easy and you won't get a clunking/knocking anymore. I had a similar problem with my second set of spring install.

indexing is the term you're looking for.

if you don't have marks on them, it's easy to tell how they line up just how they're made/how the strut tower is shaped. if you still have the popping, check to see if your strut bushing between the top hat and spring seat is bad. mine completely deteriorated and disappeared and i didn't know until i took the strut off to see why it was popping.

oh but if it's a clicking while you turn, it's an axle.
