I hope some can HELP!!! Headlight issue

Ok so I just got through washing my car then I turned my projector headlights and it just decides to only come on little bit on the passenger side. What was even more bizare was all the headlights turn on when I turn my regular lights on. The high beams are dim on both sides. The history on the passenger light is it has been developing condensation in it for about 2 weeks now. I am thinking it finally short circuited on me, if so you think that messed everything up on my lighting system? I was going to put on my stock headlights again do you think anything will be affected with it?

This is what happens when I turn on regular lights
Passenger Side
Side Blink = On | Driving Lights = On but dim | High Beams = On but dim
Drivers Side
Side Blink = On | Driving Lights = On regular | High Beams = On but dim

When I turn on high beams
Passenger Side
Side Blink = On | Driving Lights = On but dim | High Beams = On but dim
Drivers Side
Side Blink = On | Driving Lights = On but dim | High Beams = On but dim
