Search around next time before asking a question like this because there is an extensive suspension thread that will answer all your questions.

First off I say get the camber kit because its cheap insurance that will keep your tires nice and evenly worn. Look around the site because there are often people selling their kits(front and rear) for pretty cheap. Some people will say you'll be okay with the stock camber kit with drops of and inch or less but many more will say you NEED the kit.

Secondly get an alignment whenever you fool around with suspension stuff. Fifty bucks is a hell of a lot cheaper than what ever you shelled out for the 17 inch rubbers.

the h techs are 1" in the front and 0.8" in the rear. i went to the the SPC site and this is what i got "SPC Camber Kit available for most vehicles with Min. 1.5" drop to Max. 3.0" drop." so i wouldnt need the chambers?

You will need a kit regardless.
