Your last post seemed more like you believe you already know lots of stuff. You suggested upgrading coil packs, among other stupid ideas.

i jus tlove how EVERYBODY knocks a full REAL na build on the d17 even though it has never been done to know what it would really make its all speculation
I'm not knocking it, I just think the cost/benefit analysis says "turbo" because you'll definitely get more power for your money.

I really need to post pics up of my civic up!!!!!! But anyway, i want to get my car to push out around 200hp (170-180whp). I would throw in a turbo but im not all up for it. So far i have injen intake, magnaflow exhaust, and DC 4-2-1 header. I plan on getting aem tru cam pulley, NGK spark plugs and reflashed ECU (hondata?). Anyway, i just wanted to know what else i would need to put my car up there? And does anyone know why the 7th gen cant have a Vtech controller!?!?!?! Anyway, ill post some pics up asap (i think i want to put my CF hood and CF trunk up first).
You've been flamed enough so I'll be real and serious. Andyman summed it up but ya do me a favor. Spend 60 bucks or w/e it costs and dyno your car as it is now. You will laugh at the number but its for a purpose. After you get your numbers you will realize what it will take to reach 200hp n/a. I don't believe its impossible but the money you'd need to fab up better parts as well building the internals will not be worth it. If you want 200hp swap the motor or turbo. 200hp n/a is just not gonna happen. Shoot for 150-160whp. That is proven to be capable and would still be a badass setup. Good luck
