Does anybody know what the Canadian Civic 05 Special Edition is? EX? LX? DX? What is it equivalent to in the United States? Thanks Sao

05 Civic SE is a DX with added features, like CD player and AC. Not sure what else is different.

RogerB is correct, DX w/ features including but not limited to A/C, CD Player, center arm rest/console. It is not an ex, ex has vtec.

I have the canadian version of the USA SE (reverb), vtec in canada is only in the SI

Most websites do not list it for parts.

Canadian model SE's (special editions) are dx's with AC/CD/PL. US market SE's were usually Ex's with rims, better stereo, spoiler. Honda Canada Inc. had the price leaders to keep the Civic as Canada's best selling passenger vehicle.

CAD Civic SE (special edition) is a base models with extra features, but the motor is not vtec.
