what car is this for? 8thgen civic? your part number had a typo. correct part is IZFR6K-11S and its a laser iridium long life plug. other part number without S does not exist.

Actually, IZFR6K-11 is a correct part number and is OEM plug for the 7G Si (among many other Honda's).
To answer the original question, the 'S' stands for 'stainless steel gasket'. The non-'S' has a high nickel steel (read typical) gasket/washer. There is no other difference.
so ..
in my civic manual (2007) the NGK spark that i must put it is izfr6k-11s for R18A motor
(1800 cc)
and for 2000 cc is NGK izfr6k-11 without S
if i put izfr6k-11 for 1800 cc ....is there any problem ?
answer me plz ...........because i put it in my civic and am afraid that its not compatable .......
