8th Gen Honda Civic 2006 and up is the 8th Generation Honda Civic. It adds a new look to the Civic line-up. A really smooth front end separates it from previous generations while still carrying the reliability of the Civic name.

Rotated tires-Worn pretty evenly

I rotated my tires this weekend after 14k miles. I know I should've done it sooner but I've never rotated tires on a vehicle with that many miles and found them as evenly worn as I found mine. I must say they are pretty much dead even on wear fronts vs. backs. With that said I had already noticed my back tires being noisy, now they're on front. Not normal road noise but almost like a out of round road noise. It must be the fact that they are the crappy Bridgestones? I've had that same noise problem with other Bridgestones in the past on a different vehicle. To remove this ad, register today for free or log in if already registered!

Re: Rotated tires-Worn pretty evenly

They may be scalloped ??

I rotate mine at 5k some do at 10k.

Once they get noisey they will stay that way until the end.

They probably are slightly scalloped due to lack of rotation. Oh well, I should've done it at 10k. I'll just live with it till at least 30k. It's really not all that bad. I notice it more at freeway speeds. It only started about 500 miles ago.

Re: Rotated tires-Worn pretty evenly

it happens, depends on the tire and other factors. alot of people never rotate their tires and still get alot of life out of em.

Mines the same way but I can't hear it anyways with open wastegate, test pipe, big cams & stronger valvetrain.
