8th Gen Honda Civic 2006 and up is the 8th Generation Honda Civic. It adds a new look to the Civic line-up. A really smooth front end separates it from previous generations while still carrying the reliability of the Civic name.

Talking 2008 Honda EX 2dr

Hey guys I am new here. I just got a 2008 Civic 2dr EX. I wanna make some
mods to it.

1. Short Ram intake
2. Change my exhaust
3. Change my head lights to HID and get the ones with the halo (angel eyes)

As far as I know very little gain will I get out of a 1.8L. I cant find much
on a 2008 yet. Will the 2008 Civic 2dr fit the mods for a 2007. A sales person at
honda told me nothing has change from the 2007 to 2008. The only option you get on the 2008 is leather seats. Is it true? Thanks guys!!!

Re: 2008 Honda EX 2dr

I have the 07 2dr Ex with the navi. Ive been looking at the AEM intake, the red one would match my car well, and I like thier quality, I had one on the truck that I drove before this. As far as the exaust I would find a new header, I think that give the best bang for the buck.

Just my oppinion.

Re: 2008 Honda EX 2dr

yeah. i just bought a injen CAI. i am sadly to say i dont see much improvements in speed. bout to do a dyno and compare it with a stock ex. but in sound wise it sounds great.

what i heard from others weight reductions is the way to go for R18's since theres not much performance parts out for it at the moment. so im planning on getting is new seats probably buy my dad s2000 seats and some light rims.

Re: 2008 Honda EX 2dr

I have the '08 EX coupe as well. I was wondering the same thing. I don't know anything beyond the basics, so can anyne tell me what the gain from headers are and does this void my warranty? Also, can anyone recommend strut bars or at least give me a link. I can't find them any where. Thanks.
