8th Gen Honda Civic 2006 and up is the 8th Generation Honda Civic. It adds a new look to the Civic line-up. A really smooth front end separates it from previous generations while still carrying the reliability of the Civic name.

Wax or Polish?

The finish on my 2007 Honda Civic LX feels different from my old original car in that it feels like plastic or something like that. What kind of Wax or Polish would anyone recommend to maintain this shinning look? To remove this ad, register today for free or log in if already registered!

Re: Wax or Polish?

i personally like the meguiar's tech wax, it doesnt leave that white residue crap and it's a clean finish. but i just bought the ICE synthetic paste polish to try it out, but lately it's been raining. so when it clears up, i'll give you my thoughts about which is better.

Liquid glass, no question. Very durable, very high shine.
