They cant as all dealers will have different prices, thats why it says see dealer.

What is this one, does anyone know?

(DIO) Engine Block Heater

A block heater is for extreme cold weather starts. It will get the block and oil close to operating range. Dont usually see it on gas engines. Its very common on diesels.
