Probably a silly question but...

Does my 2010 Honda Civic LX Sedan have a CVT? My mechanic that I have knows for years said this, but information I found says otherwise, I can hear the gears shifting, but they are uber quiet. Maybe he thought the car was newer and forgot the year that I told him, don't know.

If you think a good mechanic is expensive, try hiring a bad one

Not in North America.

It's a regular automatic transmission.
