Service Manual Rip-Off?

Im trying to get a set of the Honda service manuals for my 2008 EX Coupe, including the ETM. I'd much prefer if it was on a CD as well.

They're usually around $50/ea or aorund $150 for all three.

I've come across this website
http://www.autorepairmanuals.biz/product/BISH-5654
which is apparently selling all three manuals on a CD for $36.29.

Is it really that much cheaper because its on a CD and not printed? Or is this some kind of rip off?

Has anyone ordered from here before?

Furthermore, is there a benefit to using the $150 service manuals over the free online manual here http://civic.hondafitjazz.com/manual2.html ?

Re: Service Manual Rip-Off?

That is about what I paid for the same 8th gen manuals CD.

It is searchable..... BUT you cannot use a PDF printer on the file I've found.

This file may be different.

If you think a good mechanic is expensive, try hiring a bad one

Re: Service Manual Rip-Off?

Chiltons and Haynes work fine for me. Electronic versions are harder to work with while wrenching! I say get a print version.
