2011 after curb hit

Ok so I hit a curb pretty hard last month. The rim was bent. I had since gotten new rims and tires. I got a balance and wheel alignment. Car drove straight but always had this slight vibration in steering wheel most noticeable on highway. Now a week later.. The alignment is off again. Car drifts to the right (I hit curb on front passenger wheel). What could be throwing the alignment off? There must be a bent part somewhere. But ppl who have looked it over said its fine! What could be the issue? Firestone said I have a bent strut and spindal.. But then I showed my mechanic and he said the cars perfect, though I don't know how much he checked
