Rep Power: 0 Door Panel flexes when rolling up & down windows
We just purchased our second Civic. It is a 2012 EX-L. Seems great aside from when we roll the driver and front passenger side windows, the door panels visibly flex concave. You can not only hear it, but see it happen.
I know the plastic used on the interior is one of the top complaints, but has anyone else experienced this issue?

If you think a good mechanic is expensive, try hiring a bad one

Normal.
The doors are not made of cast iron, they do flex noticeably.
12 LX Sedan here, mine sure does it.

Thanks everyone. We had a 2007 EX and it didn't do it. We also have a CR-V that doesn't either. That's why I found it odd.

I've noticed that scissors type window regulators cause the door to flex more than a cable type window regulator.
