Rep Power: 0 ***Please Help!*** Ignition Coil nut broke!
I can't find anyone ore anywhere to help so please pardon my ignorance on where to ask this.
I was replacing my spark plugs on my 2008 Honda civic LX and the black painted hold down nut broke clean. I am looking for a new thread (I don't know what the part is called). Where can I order the parts to fix this because my dealer won't help without charging a large fee.
Here are pictures of the broken part.

how the hell did you ever break that off?
those nuts only need to be hand tight, maybe a little snug with a wrench
if you broke those i would assume the repair is above your level of expertise, take the car to an independent shop, not the dealer,
you should be able to drive the car to a shop without that nut

If you think a good mechanic is expensive, try hiring a bad one
Re: ***Please Help!*** Ignition Coil nut broke!
Put a wrench on this hex and see if it will spin out.
It must be turned counterclockwise to remove.
Then you will have to go to the dealer and buy (probably special order) this part number: 12216-RNA-A00 (bolt, spark plug coil)
And the nut is # 90207-RAA-A10
The set will probably run you about 6 bucks plus tax (assuming you only broke off one of them).
PS, I agree with mikey. If you managed to break that off, you may want to get outside help so you don't cause further damage.
If you break off this one, it's gonna get expensive in a hurry.
