I want to have a louder exhaust or sound of a turbo, I would like to know any suggestion or any cheap alternative. Nothing that will destroy that car or drilling.

So you're looking for bolt-ons, then.
Intake: Get a short ram intake. It's louder. Just google "sri+2008 civic dx" and you'll see plenty of reviews.
Header: same deal
Exhaust: Do you want a fart can or something classy? Search is your friend.

I just got a 2008 civic ex and I want to get cool air intake, exhaust and maybe headers. Any suggestions for these or any other modifications I should do?

Re: HONDA CIVC 2008 dxg

FWIW, a turbo alone usually quiets down exhaust noise (unless you open up the exhaust with freer-flowing headers & muffler). But then there's that distinctive whoosh from the wastegate/blow off valve.

Probably the cheapest way to make more noise is to core out your existing stock muffler. Other than shop time, there's no cost. Sportbike riders do it all the time. But if you don't want to go start destroying stuff, an aftermarket muffler and less restrictive intake will make the car louder. That will probably cost somewhere in the $500-1000 range. Swapping out headers will be several hundred more dollars (and probably won't make too much more noise over the muffler you've already purchased at that point). There are no cheap turbo options. None that you want, anyway.
