Class Action Lawsuit for Upper Control Arms 2006/2007 Civic/Civic Hybrid

Just wanted to give everyone a heads up that there is a class action lawsuit for the Rear Upper Control Arms on:
Honda Civics 2006-2007
Honda Civic Hybrids 2006-2007
Honda Civic Hybrids 2008 with VIN's between JHMFA3 85000001 and JHMFA3 85010456

The lawsuit covers the control arms and tire wear.
Honda is apparently replacing the arms for free, and re-imbursing those who paid out of pocket for it.
Honda is also reimbursing for tire replacement due to the un-even wear.

You have to submit a claim for for re-reimbursement.

Just in case anyone doesn't know about this, I just found the letter that my wife forgot about, apparently we received it a few weeks back.

For anyone that stumbles across this thread, the (US Class Action Settlement) warranty extension period has now officially ended.

All issues are now the customers' responsibility, not Hondas.
