Wifes 08 civic 1.8l performance/mostly appearance intake

Hello out there new to the civic forum also first civic ive ever owned. Well technically its my wifes civic but whatever. Now my wife loves her new 08 civic and she doesnt care much for added performance mostly just the look. So as far as performance goes intake and exhuast to give it the look and sound she wants. Being that this car wont ever race anything ever see a dyno or even a drag strip i do not plan on spending much on either of these two parts. Ive found several short ram and cold air intakes that fit my cheap price but ive decided on a short ram for her car. #1 tends to be cheaper #2 most of the cold air systems seem to pose a potential risk of her hydrolocking it since the filter sits well atleast appears to sit behind the bumper. Dc sports SRI5525 is the cheapest short ram i found if anyone knows of a cheaper short ram i havnt found yet info would be appreaciated.
