My roommate has a 2006 civic and the low beam on the right side is not getting any power to it through the wires.

I have already tested the continuity and power and there is none coming to that side of the headlights. I tested the fuses and they are all ok. I think the wire is grounded and I don't know where because the engine on his car is so cramped for space. Do you have any suggestions on where the ground is?

I think I can run power and ground from the left to the right side. Would that work? I know it would be more of a power draw but I saw a guy that did that on a 5th gen Civic and it worked.

This needs to be fixed for his state inspection which is expired.

The 8th gen headlights are under control of the micu located in the under-dash fuse box.

You may do ok bringing it over.... but it will be double the load for some items.
