Hi all,

My car civic 2006 ex it 's spending more petrol, and it's completing 260.000km tell now.

What do u thing the reson?

Tune up, tire pressure, oil change. Check your filters, if its dirty or has a lot of sand in it then that might be part of the issue.

when was the last time you checked any of the above

I changed all tires before one month and all tire pressure is 32 pci, I changed the plaks on 80.000 and I engine oil on time within 5000 km also the gear oil on time, also I changed the air filte, AC filters every 100 km.


before the car is moving around 550 km with full tank but now it is moving a round 330 km only.


there are qustion, whene I should change the oil fillter, becouse I am never change it.

You should change your oil filter at least every other oil change.

what about the petrol filter I never change it, do u thing the car spending more pertrol becouse I dident change the pertrol filter?

Do u think if I change the prtrol filter the car will reduce spending the petrol.
