Dis-Engage white clip on C-pillar panel?

Next pay-day I plan on getting Dynamat for my car, one of the areas I plan to use it on is the rear deck. To do so I need to remove the rear deck, and to do that(as far as I know) I need to remove both of the C-pillar panels(The ones that say "airbag" on them). I've already partially removed the panels before, there are several red clips which are easy enough to pop open...however there is 1 white clip which refuses to give to light to medium force pulls...I haven't tried pulling hard because I am afraid of breaking it, obviously it dis-engages differently than the red clips do.

I have a 2006 civic 4dr lx.
