I just got a 2006 civic LX and noticed when its raining the cooling fan comes on. It comes on for about 5 secs whenever the car is stopped then goes away and comes back again for 5 secs. This only occurs when its raining or wet outside (and the temp outside is about 5-10 C)? The car is not overheated, and the temperature gauge is always in between cool and warm.

Any ideas?
