Rep Power: 0 Starter motor bypass?
I was rushing downtown in 2011 Honda Civic Sedan and maybe tried to start the car when already running. I say maybe because I didn't hear the usual LOUD ratatatat noise that you usually hear when this happens.
I did hear a slight noise, but it was quiet. Either the car started very fast and effortlessly, or it was already running but Honda Civic 2011 has some kind of safety bypass to prevent starter motor from engaging if engine is running?
Anyone know about this? Any thoughts welcome...
