I'm runnin with a 2009 civic si right now. I have the K20Z3 installed (as it's stock), but i'm looking for opinions that would help me out with this. I just dropped 6K on parts to make me get as much power as i can without turning to turbo or supercharger(yet). I've heard the K24 motor with the K20 intake manifold is a great set up, but I have no experience with the K24's. Anyone know whether it'd benefit me to keep the K20 or go with the K24? What kind of power/torque differences are there? Thanks.

K24 you'd have much more torque. I'm not sure it's as tuner friendly though. You sure as hell won't be able to rev. up to 9k with the k24. You might have a hard time fitting that engine into our tiny engine bay.
You should check out what TSX owners say. Also check out any RSX owners that have done and engine swap since they have a K20 and it's a common. Would you rather have a detuned S2000 engine or a workhorse engine that's found in everything from accords to elements etc. etc.
