Rep Power: 0 Really bad MPG 06 Civic
I just filled up my tank. I had driven about 103 miles. Filled up with 5.459 Gallons of gas. For all those who don't feel like doing the math, 18.9 MPG!!!!!!!
Am I crazy, or is it suppose to be a little higher than that? I do all city driving and I understand that it is cold out but it hasn't been THAT cold compared to January. This is really getting me upset. Last tank was 19 MPG and the one before that was 21 MPG(included about 50% hwy).
My air filter/cabin filter is clean. Oil is at 30%. I am anxious to get my oil changed now but doesn't that mess up the timing of the Maintenance minder schedule? Should I check the fuel filter, could this be the cause of it? Tires are inflated about 35 PSI each.
I bought this car used so I don't know how well it was maintained, thats why I'm worrying. Thanks
